The Cantal Feldenkrais Centre

At the Cantal Feldenkrais Centre, the Feldenkrais method is a daily practice. Practitioners give Awareness Through Movement group lessons, as well as individual sessions of Functional Integration. Open courses to the general public are regularly organised. The effervescence due to this daily practice in the center undeniably enriches the training.

The Cantal Feldenkrais Centre also organises advanced training sessions for certified practitioners.
