Helga Bost
After working as a pedagogue at primary and secondary schools, she discovered the Feldenkrais Method with Gaby Yaron and completed her training in Munich II in 1989.
In 1991, she began her research work with individuals with spinal cord injuries, a field that has been captivating her since. In 2000, she created the film Michael – Learning with the Feldenkrais Method. She served on the board of the Feldenkrais Association of Germany (FVD) and she contributed as an editor to the German translation of : The Feldenkrais Method – Awareness Through Movement.
In 2020, she published The Discovery of the Unexpected – With Feldenkrais®, People with Spinal Cord Injuries Learn to Feel and Move Themselves Again, featuring five video-documented case studies.
