The Feldenkrais Method, developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, a black belt in Judo, offers a unique approach to support these goals by focusing on body awareness, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. This week, we will explore how the Feldenkrais Method can benefit athletes and martial artists by enhancing their physical and mental capabilities using key concepts such as the Weber-Fechner law, efficient breathing, and slow, gentle movement exploration.
