The pathway includes twelve individual Functional Integration lessons with experienced assistants, trainers, and practitioners.
If you miss days of the curriculum, several solutions exist: joining segments in other trainings or working independently with the recordings.
The center spaces remain accessible before and after training hours so you can keep practicing or simply stay connected.

Upon successful graduation, you will receive a certificate of completion and be recognized internationally as a "Feldenkrais Method practitioner". You will then be part of a growing international community of over 15,000 practitioners today. Yes. The training is open to any adult motivated by an in-depth study of the method, whether they want to make it their profession or enrich the way they move, teach, care, or create.
Because becoming a practitioner takes real time to learn, integrate, practice, and let the work transform perception, touch, pedagogy, and the use of yourself.
Yes. The training leads to the profession of Feldenkrais practitioner in private sessions, group classes, artistic, educational, sports, health, or support settings. Many people also integrate it into an existing practice.
Between segments, the work continues through recordings, reading, peer practice, personal integration, and, depending on the center, assignments or pedagogical proposals.
It helps you keep the thread between segments: revisit material, find recordings, deepen specific ideas, practice at your own pace, and support continuity throughout the program.
