Experience the first 4 days of a Feldenkrais training
What is Feldenkrais?
Almost two years ago, we created a short animated film to introduce the Feldenkrais Method and share what makes this approach to movement and learning so distinctive.
But there is something that no explanation or video can fully convey: the experience itself.
What does it feel like to explore movement differently? To discover new possibilities through attention, sensation, and curiosity? And what might it be like to take that exploration further in a professional training?
— I · Experience it for yourself
Come and experience it for yourself
Our four-day introductory workshops offer a chance to explore the Feldenkrais Method from within, experience our approach to learning, meet our teachers, and get a feeling for what a professional training involves.
In this short video, Yvo Mentens talks about the introductory workshops and the opportunity the Feldenkrais Education team offers.
During the workshop, guided by Yvo Mentens (Trainer and Educational director) and Pia Appelquist (Assistant Trainer), you’ll explore Awareness Through Movement lessons, hands-on learning, and discussions, experiencing the first four days of a professional training program.

Join us in Brussels or Amsterdam
Choose the four-day introduction that suits you. Both workshops offer the same opportunity to experience the Method, meet our teachers, and explore the beginning of a professional training.
Whether you’re simply curious about Feldenkrais or considering joining a professional training, these workshops are an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and discover what this learning journey might offer you.
Your registration also includes two months of access to our Neurosomatic online learning platform. If you later decide to join a professional training program in Brussels or Cantal, the full workshop fee will be deducted from your training fees.
