Sofie Vanden Eynde

Sofie Vanden Eynde is a Belgian lutenist from Lommel, known for her expertise in historical plucked instruments. She formed the ensemble Imago Mundi in 2012 and is also a member of Murmuring Muses and Whispering Jinn. Imago Mundi’s album Divine Madness was released in 2014, and her recording En Suite (with Romina Lischka) won the VRT award for best Flemish classical CD of 2015. The Times of Malta has hailed her as having “an international reputation” in her field. She currently studying to become a Feldenkrais Practitioner in Brussels.
