Anna Karin Engels

Anna Karin Engels is a certified FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner (FVD) since 1992 and a Professional Assistant Trainer since 2006, with extensive experience teaching internationally in countries such as New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Russia, and France. She completed her Feldenkrais training in Hamburg under Jerry Karzen and founded ARTEM International Feldenkrais® Trainings at Chiemsee in 1998.
Anna Karin holds a diploma in sports science, studied movement theater and performance, worked as a teacher of biology and fine art and as a trainer for Idiolektik®, and Sounder Sleep™ Practitioner.
She has been running her Feldenkrais practice since 1990 in Cologne and teaches seminar series on resilience and stress regulation.
