Mara Della Pergola – Trainer

Mara Della Pergola studied with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the Amherst training. She introduced the Method in Italy in the ’80s, founding the Istituto di Formazione Feldenkrais in Milano, where she lives, directing ongoing training programs and conducting a varied private practice. Mara has taught in Europe, North and South America, Russia, China and is known for her clarity, creativity and the accessibiliy of her style. Author of numerous articles and of the book Lo sguardo in movimento. Arte, trasformazione e metodo Feldenkrais  ( Art, transformation and the Feldenkrais Method). Her background is in the psycho-social field and theatre. She has served as President of the Italian Feldenkrais Guild.
