Cynthia is a singing teacher, coach, trainer, therapist, and certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner.
She supports individuals seeking to balance performance and well-being, not only in the vocal domain but also in a broader sense.
Her initial training in singing, music, and musicology has allowed her to work as a singer (jazz and world music), choir director, and vocal pedagogue for over 30 years.
The emotions of her students and her curiosity about the impact of a person’s overall being on their voice—physicality, self-image, internal narratives, patterns, emotions, and personal development—led her to explore this subject further. Her training and expertise expanded, and beyond her work on the voice, she became a certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner, a certified hypnosis practitioner, and a trainer in emotional intelligence, stress management, public speaking, mindfulness meditation, and leadership.
The connection between these disciplines allows her to offer unique vocal workshops that foster self-connection, interpersonal relationships, and engagement with the world. In these workshops, singers—whether beginners or more advanced—develop their vocal abilities, self-awareness, awareness of others, creativity, and confidence in a playful and artistic manner.
The upcoming workshops are fully booked, and new sessions will be scheduled starting in October 2025.
