Overview
Working with ability rather than deficit
Neurological and musculoskeletal challenges can affect mobility, independence, comfort, and confidence. A Feldenkrais approach does not begin by correcting the person. It begins by noticing what can be sensed and done, then making that ability more available.
This makes the method especially relevant as a complement to care: it can support attention, sensory clarity, movement variability, and autonomy without promising a cure or a fixed outcome.
