Overview
Recovery as a learning process
Illness and injury often change more than a local body part. They can alter timing, balance, confidence, breathing, and the way a person anticipates effort. A Feldenkrais lesson starts from the abilities that are still available and helps the person discover easier ways to organize action.
The aim is not to replace medical rehabilitation or push through limitation. It is to create safe learning conditions where small differences can be noticed, repeated, and connected back to everyday function.
