Konrad Wiesendanger
Konrad Wiesendanger’s career journey has spanned architecture and project management, movement and body therapy, and ultimately coaching and mediation. Health is a central focus of his consulting work, as he recognizes the direct impact of challenges in both the workplace and personal life on overall well-being. Conversely, he emphasizes how improved self-regulation can enhance the ability to manage challenges and foster clearer, more effective communication. In 2017, he published an exercise program for body-oriented stress management titled ESM—Embodied Stress Management, combining his expertise in movement and stress reduction techniques.
