What is it ?
This 12-week summit is designed for individuals navigating physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges, as well as professionals seeking innovative approaches to enhance their skills and abilities — either for themselves or their clients. Rooted in the Feldenkrais Method, a movement-based approach to learning and transformation, the summit offers practical tools to overcome challenges, deepen self-awareness and discover new ways to move and act with greater ease and efficiency in your life.
Over the course of 12 weeks, specialists from Europe, the UK and the U.S. will share their experiences and insights into the diverse applications of the Feldenkrais Method and its transformative learning strategies.
The event lasts 12 weeks, so we’ll cover 12 applications of the method.
Every week, there will be a conference, reportages, Q&As and movement lessons.
